Godmode AI's founders came to us with the idea: an AI that builds high-converting product pages automatically, for their own stores first and to sell as a SaaS to every store owner. Today it's a live Shopify app, building complete pages in about 13 minutes. We handled the product design, the AI and software development, the product and project management, and consulting, alongside them.

Heave Corp hired us to build Sync end to end: the web app, the iOS app, and their website, from UI/UX design to development, product management, and project management. Today it's live on the web and on the iOS App Store: brands launch UGC campaigns, creators produce the content and get paid, all in one place.

Scaling Process provided front-end development for ImmoFax, a property due diligence platform by Pilr Inc. Working closely with Pilr's product and design team, we built and refined the production front end. ImmoFax automates due diligence for Quebec real estate brokers: it brings the entire process together in one place, from verifying property information to producing professional reports branded with the broker's name and keeping every source document organized, so brokers start every file with a clearer understanding of the property and a documented foundation for the advice they provide.

Knockout, the combat sports media brand with over 2.4 million Instagram followers, reached out to us to build Knockout Odds, a high-performance data platform for their community of fight fans. The app aggregates live UFC, MMA, and boxing numbers from 15+ sources into one streamlined dashboard where fans can view the data side by side, track fighters, and follow every event in real time. We led the product end to end, covering UI/UX design, frontend, and backend development. By prioritizing speed, clarity, and data-driven usability, we helped Knockout Odds grow into a modern data and media hub for fight fans, combining live aggregation, AI-powered predictions, and professional research tools within one cohesive platform.

Qualified Health came to us in stealth mode, before the world had heard of them. They build the infrastructure that lets hospitals and health systems run generative AI safely: governed, monitored, and compliant. In their earliest days, they hired us for the product design: the UI/UX of their platform. We also helped design their sales materials and pitch decks, and developed their website. Then they came out of stealth, and it turned out we had been building for something much bigger than we knew: $155M raised, including a $125M Series B, and some of the largest health systems in the US on their platform.

Lyrigo hired us to design and develop their language learning app, on web and iOS. The idea: you learn a language faster through the music you already love. Pick a song and the app turns it into lessons: lyric-based exercises, vocabulary breakdowns, games and listening practice, matched to your level. We handled the product end to end, from UI/UX design to development on both platforms.

Sanctions.io helps over 200 organizations, from fintechs to SaaS and crypto companies, stay compliant: their platform screens customers and transactions against global sanctions lists, PEP databases and adverse media, with data updated every 60 minutes. They first hired us for one project: design and develop their new website. We delivered, and the relationship grew into a long-term partnership: they come back to us whenever there's design or development work to hand off. Over multiple projects we've done the product design of their platform, a full UI/UX revamp of the web app, and the development of the new frontend.

Homeezy is a Scaling Process product, and we're actively building it right now: a two-sided platform, B2B and B2C, where home improvement pros run their whole business and homeowners find trustworthy local pros to work with. Contractors get a public profile and portfolio that captures leads, plus quotes, contracts, invoices, payments and project management. We design, build and run it entirely in-house.

Coachlendar's founder, a coach who runs her own coaching business, came to us with her problem and her idea: scheduling a season by hand was eating a huge amount of her time, and she wanted a platform tailored to how her business actually works. We took it from there: product design, UI/UX, development, and the product and project management around it, all the way to launch. We also designed and developed their website.

NASPA, the association behind the largest student affairs conference in the US, over 7,000 attendees every year, hired us to revamp how their team plans it with a proper app that centralizes everything. Their team led the vision and the specs; we did the product design, UI/UX, and development.

Universal PDF started with a founder who wanted a PDF toolkit, both for his own use and as a SaaS business. We built it from idea to launch: design, development, product and project management. Today it's live: 146 tools to edit, convert, sign, compress and protect documents across 50+ file formats, plus OCR and AI summaries, all in the browser, one subscription for everything.

Inno-centre is one of Quebec's largest SME advisory firms: more than 125 advisors supporting 600 companies a year, with a mandate from the Quebec government. They've hired us for multiple projects over the years. We migrated their website off their old vendor and developed the new site, and all design work since has gone through us, true to their branding and style. We also designed and developed their GHG emissions calculator, delivered in partnership with the Quebec government and CIRAIG: it gives a company a clear picture of its carbon footprint, with emissions across scopes 1, 2 and 3 calculated by a data-intensive engine behind a simple interface. Everything shipped in both French and English. We still work with them today.
