Homeezy

Homeezy is a Scaling Process product, and we're actively building it right now: a two-sided platform, B2B and B2C, where home improvement pros run their whole business and homeowners find trustworthy local pros to work with. Contractors get a public profile and portfolio that captures leads, plus quotes, contracts, invoices, payments and project management. We design, build and run it entirely in-house.

Finding a trustworthy contractor is a gamble, and running a contracting business means juggling too many tools: leads in one inbox, quotes in another app, invoices in a third, project details scattered everywhere. Homeezy set out to fix both sides with one platform.

We designed and developed the full product: contractors build a professional profile and portfolio, share it publicly, and capture leads from homeowners looking for local pros. Deals flow from quote to contract to invoice with payments built in, and operations run alongside: projects, tasks, materials, calendar, and team members. One app, the whole business.

Homeezy is live in production and evolving fast: an AI assistant and many more features are on the way, all in service of one goal, making life better for contractors and homeowners alike. It's also our proof of work: the product we build for ourselves, with the same team, process and standards our clients get.
