Groupe HD Immobilier is a Montreal real estate group that invests in, develops, builds and manages residential buildings. For two of its rental buildings, Le Loyal and CITIZIA, we became the team behind their CRM and automations: the system that takes every rental lead from the first inquiry to a leasing agent.
The problem
Groupe HD came to us to get their rental leads under control. Inquiries came in from their listings and had to be picked up, handed to the right leasing agent and followed up by hand, and the two buildings did not work from the same system. They wanted one place for every lead, with nothing falling through the cracks.
The solution
We set up one CRM for both buildings and automated the lead flow around the way their leasing team works. New leads land in the CRM on their own and go to the right agent right away, calls reach whoever is on duty, and the team follows up from one place. We handled the setup, the automations and the move off their previous tools.
Results
Both buildings now run their rental leads through one system. Every inquiry has an owner as soon as it comes in, the team spends far less time sorting leads by hand, and everyone works from the same place. We keep improving it with them as their needs change.
