Chester is a Montreal property management company. It takes care of rental buildings for their owners, from finding tenants and managing leases to rent collection and maintenance. We set up and run the CRM and the automations behind its leasing.
The problem
Chester came to us to bring its leasing into one place. Rental inquiries came in by phone, by text and from listings, and each one had to be answered, passed to the right person and followed up by hand. They wanted one system for every lead, with nothing slipping through.
The solution
We set up a CRM for the buildings it manages, with its own phone line, text messaging and automations. Inquiries from calls, texts and listings land in one place and reach the right person, and the follow-ups run on their own, so the team works from one screen instead of juggling tools.
Results
Chester's leasing now runs from one system: every inquiry, call and text in one place, with follow-ups that no longer depend on someone remembering. We keep improving it with them as their needs change.
