Compensation
Base USD $48K/year + performance bonuses and upside (profit share / equity). Potential to grow to USD $100K+ with strong performance and company growth. We’re early-stage, so we keep the base lean, but reward performance and ownership disproportionately.

The Opportunity
We’re growing and looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to own products end-to-end, work directly with founders, and help shape how modern software gets built.
You’ll ship products that:
- Grow revenue, MRR, and efficiency for real companies
- Integrate AI into real-world processes
- Scale from 0 → 1 → growth
- Deliver visible, measurable business outcomes
You’ll also help us build internal apps and SaaS products — and share in the upside.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale full-stack apps using a modern, pragmatic stack — React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.
- Move fast with tools like Supabase, Clerk, Prisma, PlanetScale, Vercel, or anything that helps us ship faster and scale smarter.
- Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, AI agents, etc.) to code smarter, automate repetitive work, and accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with founders, designers, and product strategists to ship production-ready products that drive real business impact.
Architect systems for scalability and performance — balancing speed with maintainability. - Shape product direction — your technical input actually drives decisions.
- Experiment with AI integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, vector DBs, etc.) to build intelligent, high-leverage products.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years building full-stack products (SaaS, Software Dev Agency or startup experience preferred)
- Proven ability to ship real products end-to-end
- Strong grasp of architecture, performance, and clean code
- Curiosity for new tools and pragmatic innovation
- You use AI to build faster — not as hype, but as leverage
- You think like a founder — ownership > compliance
- Thrive in small, high-output teams
