NASPA
naspa.orgIntro
NASPA, the association behind the largest student affairs conference in the US, over 7,000 attendees every year, hired us to revamp how their team plans it with a proper app that centralizes everything. Their team led the vision and the specs; we did the product design, UI/UX, and development.
The problem
Planning a conference this size means thousands of moving pieces: sessions, venues, rooms, program types, menus, AV and catering, plus the vendors behind them. All of it lived in spreadsheets and old software. Nothing talked to each other, costs were calculated by hand, orders and approvals moved over email, and vendor requirements came in every format except the one you needed.
The solution
We built one internal web app around the way their team actually plans. Every session, venue, room, program type and menu lives in one place, costs are calculated automatically, and orders go through proper approval workflows, with team management, roles and permissions, and task reassignment built in. Vendors got their own portal to submit their info and requirements directly, no more chasing attachments.
Results
NASPA's team went from spreadsheets, old software and endless email back-and-forth to one centralized web app built around how they work: a single live plan everyone worked from, costs calculated in real time, approvals handled in the app instead of inboxes, and vendors submitting their info and requirements directly. Planning the biggest student affairs conference in the US got a system that finally matched its scale.
Other case studies

Godmode AI's founders came to us with the idea: an AI that builds high-converting product pages automatically, for their own stores first and to sell as a SaaS to every store owner. Today it's a live Shopify app, building complete pages in about 13 minutes. We handled the product design, the AI and software development, the product and project management, and consulting, alongside them.

Heave Corp hired us to build Sync end to end: the web app, the iOS app, and their website, from UI/UX design to development, product management, and project management. Today it's live on the web and on the iOS App Store: brands launch UGC campaigns, creators produce the content and get paid, all in one place.

Scaling Process provided front-end development for ImmoFax, a property due diligence platform by Pilr Inc. Working closely with Pilr's product and design team, we built and refined the production front end. ImmoFax automates due diligence for Quebec real estate brokers: it brings the entire process together in one place, from verifying property information to producing professional reports branded with the broker's name and keeping every source document organized, so brokers start every file with a clearer understanding of the property and a documented foundation for the advice they provide.
