Elizabeth Cifers Consulting helps retina practices with compliance, billing, and revenue cycle management, built on Elizabeth's decades in the medical industry. They first hired us for their website, and the work grew into a long-term partnership. When the firm decided to turn its expertise into an online course, we designed and built the platform for it: a custom software product made around their needs.
The problem
The firm wanted to teach at scale: a video course for retina physicians and their teams, sold per physician, delivered securely. Generic course tools couldn't handle how it needed to work: practice-level registration, per-physician annual licenses, and secure video delivery, all in one place.
The solution
First we designed and developed the firm's website, built to communicate the services clearly and turn visitors into consultations. Then came the learning portal: a custom platform where practices register, license their physicians, and pay online, and physicians watch the course modules securely on any device. Payments, licensing controls, and video delivery are all built in.
Results
Elizabeth Cifers Consulting now sells its expertise two ways: consultations booked through the website, and a course that runs itself on the platform. We still work with them today.

ImmoFax automates due diligence for Quebec real estate brokers: it brings the entire process together in one place, from verifying property information to producing professional reports branded with the broker's name and keeping every source document organized, so brokers start every file with a clearer understanding of the property and a documented foundation for the advice they provide.
