Coachlendar
coachlendar.comIntro
Coachlendar's founder, a coach who runs her own coaching business, came to us with her problem and her idea: scheduling a season by hand was eating a huge amount of her time, and she wanted a platform tailored to how her business actually works. We took it from there: product design, UI/UX, development, and the product and project management around it, all the way to launch. We also designed and developed their website.
The problem
Everything ran in spreadsheets: painful to manage, easy to break, and costing her serious time every season. Generic calendar tools were no fix, because figure skating doesn't work like a generic calendar: training levels, seasons, supervision ratios, clubs, and athletes moving between all of them.
The solution
We came up with a platform built around the way her business actually runs, then designed and developed it. At its core is a scheduling engine that matches athletes and coaches to lessons based on requirements and conditions: availability, athlete needs, supervision ratios, clubs and locations. It generates the whole season's schedule in one shot, while still letting her adjust anything by hand. Athlete and coach profiles, absence management, and multiple training facilities are all built in.
Results
Season scheduling that used to swallow her time in spreadsheets now generates automatically and runs in one place. Built first as an internal tool for her own business, Coachlendar is now also a SaaS: a product any figure skating club can subscribe to.

Godmode AI's founders came to us with the idea: an AI that builds high-converting product pages automatically, for their own stores first and to sell as a SaaS to every store owner. Today it's a live Shopify app, building complete pages in about 13 minutes. We handled the product design, the AI and software development, the product and project management, and consulting, alongside them.

Heave Corp hired us to build Sync end to end: the web app, the iOS app, and their website, from UI/UX design to development, product management, and project management. Today it's live on the web and on the iOS App Store: brands launch UGC campaigns, creators produce the content and get paid, all in one place.

Scaling Process provided front-end development for ImmoFax, a property due diligence platform by Pilr Inc. Working closely with Pilr's product and design team, we built and refined the production front end. ImmoFax automates due diligence for Quebec real estate brokers: it brings the entire process together in one place, from verifying property information to producing professional reports branded with the broker's name and keeping every source document organized, so brokers start every file with a clearer understanding of the property and a documented foundation for the advice they provide.
