Culturify approached us with a bold vision: to simplify task management for remote teams, fostering a more productive and collaborative work environment. Traditional task management tools were cluttered and not designed with the remote work model in mind. Culturify wanted to change that and needed our expertise to bring their idea to life.

The existing task management solutions were either too complicated or failed to address the unique challenges faced by remote teams. Employers were struggling to keep track of tasks, progress, and overall team collaboration. Culturify recognized this gap and aimed to create a solution that would be as user-friendly as it was functional.

After an in-depth consultation with Cultirify, we understood their vision and specific requirements. We focused on a web-first approach to the UI/UX design, but also ensured the app would be mobile-responsive. Our goal was to make the interface intuitive, reducing the time spent on managing tasks and increasing the time spent on completing them. The resulting clickable prototype received excellent feedback from Cultirify and their early adopters, making it easier for them to secure additional funding for development.
